Prior to being acquired by Noblis in 2012, Noblis ESI operated under the name ElanTech Systems, Inc. ElanTech was founded as a small business government contractor in 1998. In 2009, to segregate the company’s software development business from its acquisition and engineering support services and eliminate any potential conflicts of interest within the organization, the company restructured into two companies, ElanTech and ElanTech Systems. ElanTech Systems retained the Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) and acquisition management support services.
Noblis ESI is a premier provider of SETA services to the intelligence community (IC) and since joining Noblis has significantly expanded and is now delivering systems engineering and technical expertise to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science & Technology Division and to the Department of Defense (DoD) for the Air Force and Navy. As part of this expansion Noblis ESI has opened offices in Chantilly, Virginia; Warner Robins, Georgia; and Huntsville, Alabama in order to be closer to our clients and ensure high technology facilities are available to serve their toughest needs and challenges.
