A government customer’s CIO wanted a way to understand and visualize the full inventory of projects being worked on across the agency to help inform strategic planning for IT efforts.
Solution
Noblis designed and developed a single-pane, centralized dashboard solution that:
- Uses large language models (LLMs) to quickly and easily search the agency’s entire portfolio of active projects and drill down to see granular data such as associated risks, value and estimated total cost.
- Links crucial program themes and corresponding objectives and key results for all active projects.
- Identifies potential overlaps between project work and provides a better understanding of context and purpose to determine the value of a project.
