Mr. Fitch is responsible for the management of all Noblis ESI shared service operations including accounting, contracts, human resources, IT, and security.  Mr. Fitch is also responsible for the integration of Noblis and Noblis ESI operations and serves as the primary liaison between the two companies. 

Mr. Fitch has more than 18 years of experience in delivering accounting, auditing, cost and pricing, budgeting, and financial management support to government clients and corporations. 

Before the acquisition of Noblis ESI, Mr. Fitch spent ten years with Noblis in various roles including leading the internal audit and pricing departments for the company. 

Prior to joining Noblis in 2003, Mr. Fitch was a lead accountant at BearingPoint where he financially managed all their U.S. Treasury account projects, including the IRS, Secret Service, and the U.S. Mint. 

Mr. Fitch is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Project Management Professional (PMP).  Mr. Fitch holds a master’s degree in Accounting and Information Technology and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
